Home Building
Wayne lent his license to a subcontractor to do the job. They started the job but left a frame of the addition on the house and left. They took my money without completing the job. The person who was in charge of the money was Wayne's father-in-law. Wayne also subcontracted a man named Steve Nawrocki to install new windows in my house. He took $7,000 to do that job and never completed the work.
