Michael was early and started inspecting the exterior prior to my arrival. Once we arrived we inspected every inch of the home and he explained things as we went along. He gave recommendations on things that need repairs and also let us know what was in really good condition. He was very nice throughout the process. We havenâ t moved in the new home yet but he made us feel good about our home selection.

As a first time home buyers, the home inspection process felt overwhelming but Mike made it a great experience. Mike was very informative and arrived 30 mins early to start working on Sunday! He was professional and knowledgeable about concerns we had a 1st time homeowners. He gave us advice on how to fix minimal issues surrounding our soon to new home. Timelines is a huge factor for me and he definitely has that quality.
