Gets an "F". Sent out two inexperienced guys with a bunch of 2 x 4's to prop of porch. On one pillar, they didn't even remove any of the rotten wood; just cut it and put the new 4x4 on top and covered up the job so it wouldn't be seen. Two of the other pillars are not plumb, one inch and a half off plumb for just seven and a half feet. They didn't have any tools to deal with the concrete and get the rotten wood out-no electric jack hammer, say, or even a reciprocating saw. They told me it was plumb and level and me the trusting soul believed them. I called Adam Barclay up and he promised to refund me 200 dollars for the work I had to do to get the one pillar done right--the rotten wood cleared out and the new one supported by concrete. He promised me the $200 dollars and said he would come out by Friday--the call was made on the previous Friday--and fix the one column that was out of plumb. He didn't show, never communicated, never came to look at the lousy job. He told me yesterday, when I got hold of him, that he would be by "tomorrow' with the check and to fix the column. He's a no show. It's off to small claims court, I guess. Extremely untrustworthy.
