NJ Electric arrived at approximately 11:30. The appointment window was for 11 - 1. I explained the situation with the junction box and the young man set to work. The fan was installed quickly and the work was careful and well done. He cleaned up after himself. All was well. I would hire them again with no reservations. Thanks NJ Electric.

Appointment was made for between 1-3 PM. Electrician came at 4:25 PM. When I complained at his lateness, he showed me his cell phone calendar that had the appointment set for 2-4 PM. No call was made to inform me that he would be late or that the appointment had been changed. Not a good way to do business. That said, the electrician was professional and fast, GFI problems was solved in a matter of minutes and he checked my other outlets on that line as well. Bottom line, good tech service but bad customer relations from the office.

Mr Reid was very professional, always on time and provided great service! we had an issue with parts of a vent fan and his partner came up with a way to install it. Everything was great.... I have an electrician for life!

Richard is very courteous, polite and prompt. He came out the same day that I contacted him and he was at the property before I was. He replaced two GFI outlets and was able diagnose other electrical issues. I would definitely use him again in the future. His prices were very reasonable. It is so difficult to find a good electrician, i am relieved i found Richard. He is highly recommended!

I called about a electrical short in my 91 year old fathers house and they arrived within 2 hours accessed the problem and corrected it. I couldn't have expected more given the short notice, and they cleaned up after themselves. I would hire them again.
