Showed up on schedule, fixed the leak, knocked down a few shingles that were sticking up and also caulked a couple of other areas while they were on the roof.

The original work was done slightly over 5 years ago. At about 4 1/2 years we developed a small leak. Joe sent his repair crew over, who worked on it a bit and moved on. The leak persisted and Joe himself came out to look at the problem and discuss solutions. He recomended a rather significant rework, including fixing a flashing problem his original crew installed improperly. The repair team came again and fixed the problem for good, at no cost. Nice to deal with a company that stands by their work and lives up to their 5 year warrenty.

East Coast Roofing showed up on time and did a great job. They were courteous, professional and they found an extra plywood hole that K & B Restoration covered up and East Coast Roofing fixed it at no extra charge. I would recommend East Coast Roofing, they are fantastic.

Since this repair was an emergency and needed to be addressed immediately, I was pleased when East Coast told me that they would come out the very next morning to do the work.  As promised, they showed up at 7:30 a.m. the next day and assessed the situation.  They examined the entire area where they surmised the leak to be coming from plus the rest of the rear roof.  They found a number of issues, any of which could be responsible for the leak(s).  They took photos of the areas that needed repair or replacement and showed them to me before getting the go-ahead to do the work.  I really appreciated being able to see just what the problems were.........this added service made me feel secure in the information they were giving me.  All in all, they replaced some shingles that were either missing or damaged, replaced and sealed the gaskets around the vent pipes, and sealed some nail holes.  I would highly recommend East Coast Roofing.

It was excellent.  The proprietor is fair and he cares.  He is honest despite the fact that this was a tricky week he insisted on how we can get it right.  He kept on coming back and finally they got it right today.

It was amazingly good. They were very professional. The owner was professional and the people that were here were very professional. I've used them several times and I will continue to use them.

Everything was organized and fast. In one day, the crew came in and made a full replacement of our roof including removing old tiles, making repairs to rotted wood underlayment, new flashing, new collar connections, and cut out and installed a new ridge vent. They did a great job of removing all debris and did not damage shrubs around house. They also identified the cause of a leaking metal roof that has had numerous and quot;fixesand quot; in the past that did not work. Since EastCoast made the repairs, we have not had any leakage at all.

I have had difficulty with the skylights leaking and the original company gave up and stopped returning my calls. East Coast Roofing came out within 48 hours. They were extremely professional, courteous, helpful and efficient. They came back in a day to make the repairs. The workers were friendly and efficient. The problem now seems to be resolved and I am thankful to East Coast Roofing for their kind, efficient, and professional assistance. I would not hesitate to call them again.

Everything went so smoothly - the leaks were found, repaired in no time, and he even insisted that we wait until the next heavy rain to make sure there were no more leaks before we let him know to send us an invoice! We would definitely recommend and use East Coast Roofing again!
