David was quick to respond to my inquiry. After looking at the mold, he was quick to develop a plan of attack. The work was performed shortly after which was great as kids were in the house. I would highly recommend as they were quick to respond and take care of the issue with nothing but professionalism.

The crew worked hard. They spent almost 5 hours on site. Explained all the steps to me. I believe they did a great job taking care of my home and took their time doing the job correct.

I was told by an AC Technician that my whole house AC system had to be replaced because of mold on the inside of the attic air handler. I called Advanta Clean to come out and see what they could do to get rid of the mold. The owner of the company came out and looked at the system, said that what i had was nothing, that a simple solution of anti microbial solution would get rid of the very small amount of mold i had. He even gave me the solution in a spray bottle and said that i could easily do this myself. He didn't charge for the visit or the solution. You don't see that kind of treatment from too many businesses!

"Sir, the total cost of your Mold Remediation was $1512.80, which was offered to you at a 20% discount off of our normal pricing. A team consisting of 1 Project Manager and 2 technicians performed the remediation according to the detailed scope of work that was provided to you, agreed to by you and signed by you prior to the work being performed. You certainly knew in advance of any of the work being performed what the cost was going to be and agreed to have that work performed at that cost. Mold Remediation is a very dangerous profession, with many risks, that is performed by skilled workers, using expensive specialty equipment and chemicals. If you felt that the price was too high, why didn't you ask someone else to perform the work for you at a lower cost? Probably because our price was in-line with any other estimate you received. I absolutely feel that this review is not a valid scoring based on the scope of work that was completed versus the cost it was offered for. Sincerely, David Belan - Owner"

I can't say enough good things about David Belan and his crew at AdvantaClean of Frederick. He came out and gave us a quote that I thought was reasonable for the job. He and his crew started the next day & found that the problem was more substantial than first believed. I was given updates and they worked until the mold issues were resolved. David and his crew were always very friendly but professional. They were on-site when they said they would be. Hopefully I will never have another mold problem like this one, but if I do, I know who to call.

David and his team were professional and did a fantastic job cleaning out our basement. David was very prompt and responded to my initial phone call right away, even though it was during the holidays. He worked us into his schedule the next day and then did the treatment a couple of days later. He showed up as expected with his crew and did a very nice job of cleaning and investigating all of the nooks and crannies of our 50 year old basement. I'd use them again in a heartbeat (though hope that I don't have to!).
