The company missed the commitment date.
Several attempts were made to contact the company for an update and to reschedule to a new time.
Unfortunately they no longer answered their business phone; stopped returning voicemails; and no attempt was made to reschedule the missed appointment.

This company started out very well in the beginning. I would call the owner Jason Brooks and he was very polite, professional and always responded. They mowed my lawn for 40.00 every two weeks, on time, on schedule, absolutely no complaints. Well, that changed suddenly. I have contacted this company to complain about the services getting sloppy and regarding my overpayment of 80.00. My spouse and I left several messages on the company phones which are cell phones. I emailed and text, still no response. I visited the address listed on Angie's List and it turned out to be a Korean owned dry cleaner. My husband asked the police officer at the location about this company and the cop stated there was never a lawn care service at that address. I copied the letter I sent to them recently. I still haven't heard from them. Anyone in business knows that CUSTOMER SERVICE is what keeps the business going because a happy customer will tell everyone about them, generating additional business for the company. These people don't get that. I would not recommend them to anyone. I know it doesn't take a PhD to do lawns, but it shouldn't matter. Take care of your clients and they will take care of you.

Greetings Alpha Omega,

 

We have contacted your company numerous times since May 204 via email,

phone, voice message, email and text. No one from this company has even

attempted to call us back, respond to voice messages, or reply to our

emails. We even tried to visit your establishment at the address listed on

Angie's List at 7045 Berry Road Unit A5 #356, Accokeek, Md 20607, which

turned out to be a dry cleaner. We were contacting you regarding additional

work opportunities regarding our lawn and to voice some concerns we've had

with your company.

 

1.         Failure to respond/ address our concerns

2.         Failure to respond when there was an overpayment on account

3.         Failure to pick up leaves after our bushes were trimmed months ago

4.         Failure to blow grass out of flower bed

5.         Failure to remove weeds around the perimeter of the property and

around the home, deck, and trees
