He told me that we would be finished and that I should get a check by April. I have never heard back from them. I have called and left messages multiple times with no response.

I had recently got a divorce, not good and my credit was shot, so my sister financed my townhouse in her name with a very high interest rate because the company would only do it as investment property for her, because my credit wouldn't hold it. Six months later, I found Howard's card (I had used him before to refinance a home) and called him. He did what was necessary to help me increase my credit rating so that I could get a better interest rate, and got me into a program with a reputable mortgage company and now my mortgage decreased $350.00 a month. This was all done in less than 60 days. Only charged 1% for his services, and fees are very low. And get this: Everyone comes to you! You don't have to go anywhere.
