I hired The Plumber Guys to perform the labor on my bathroom renovation. It was quoted to be a one week project. I had my home on a lock box so that the contractor could have full access to the property to complete the job. I experienced delay after delay and had to continue to call Steve requesting status. Multiple times I felt that my job had been abandoned until It finally was after 6 weeks. I finally had to hire other plumbers to finish the job and redo some improper work performed by The Plumber Guys. Unfortunately, I had already paid half of the quoted price and it cost me more money than the remaining monies to finish the job.

Hard to find people who are loyal and know exactly what they are doing. We needed our bath tub removed and replaced. He finished rather quickly with a few minor bumps a long the way. Home depot is doing the tiling and couldn't work around the work that Steve did. I called him, sent him emails of the problem and he was here the next morning. If I knew Steve does tiling and not just plumbing, I would have definitely hired him instead of Home depot. As it turns out, home depot was not as experienced as Steve and definitely not as knowledgeable. Now waiting for home depot to finish tiling so Steve can come back and install our vanity top.

Steve was late (called to say gps not working and traffic) for the initial quote. Eric showed early next day, but brought wrong part and had to go to Home Depot. I was held up both days trying to get to my job and to top it off, the job is still not finished. Additionally Eric left the plastic wrapping from the pipes on the floor. I left a voicemail for Steve yesterday as I have no cold water in that bathroom sink (job was to replace pipe and fix). Wonder if he will return my call.

After our intial meeting, it took a couple of weeks to get back in touch with Steve. Once we got on the schedule, the job was completed in a total of 2 days. They did a good job but left a couple ot fhings unfinished.

Steve and his staff were a pleasure to deal with. They correctly diagnosed the problem and fixed it quickly. They also took the time to educate us on the problem, its cause and how to prevent it in the future. Their pricing was also very fair. Highly recommended.

The project began on time, showed up and began phase 1 (removing radiator). Then for phase two, it took a couple phone calls to get them back out. (Putting Radiator Back). But then phase three, running all the plumbing, then never showed up for. Call after call, email after email. They never came back to do the job, only after I had the job completed by a real professional and called to let Steve know that I was going to give him a bad review, he wanted to come and complete the project. DO NOT USE RMC!!!!!!

Overall, our experience was good. We received estimates for the work we needed done (new sewer line and water main) from four plumbers and selected RMC, not because their estimate was the lowest, because it wasn't (nor was it the most expensive), but because we felt the job would get done with no problems. Not only was RMC competent and professional, but they were also genuine and sincere. We are very please with the results.

Riggs Mechanical handled all the inspectors with professionalism. There were minor setbacks which was not the fault of the company. The owner called me everyday letting me know the status of the project.

The two contractors that came to my house were very nice and started the job right away. In about 15 minutes I had a brand new kitchen faucet installed. They also removed the old faucet and parts so that I didn't have to dispose it. I was very pleased and would recommend Riggs to anyone. I plan to call them in the future for other home services.
