He is very patient and knowledgeable about the process, the area home prices. I know some people have started to use big companies or groups for their realty needs, but I highly recommend individuals. He will work with with you through all your steps, so you won't be bounced around from one person to the next. I was not a novice, but even with that, he was able to educate me about things that I didn't know. He's very realistic and he's very honest, which is hard to come by these days, especially in real estate. Very professional. He was available almost at any point or any time. When he wasn't going to be available, he gave me plenty of notice that he was going out of town, etc, so it wasn't like I was looking for him and didn't know where he was. He was very flexible with me and letting me be a little independent with the searching process. If I wanted to look at something while he was gone, he was ok with that.
