They finally came after numerous calls and failed attempts for numerous reasons some of which were understandable with the winter weather conditions and snow conditions and my travel schedule.
They determined over the phone what was wrong with unit, ordered part then called to install. Replaced control module and stated microwave was hung improperly, change that and every thing should be ok. Had the installation corrected and unit still would not work. Called them and again came out and made adjustments on the limit switches that are inside the unit. Microwave worked fine. Upon first use of microwave I noticed that when you opened the door there was a bind and a popping noise every time you opened the door. It was minutes after the technician left.
Called their office and they called the technician. They called me back telling me this was normal. I argued the point and inspected the microwave and discovered that the top bezel that the technician took off to get inside the unit had been improperly installed. The bezel had three screws that attached it to the unit. The screw on the right side and the top were installed correctly but the third screw that was on the left side (door hinge side) had never been inserted into the hole and was jammed into the area causing the complete bezel to twist. I removed all three screws myself and reinstalled the bezel and made sure screws fitted correctly. Unit works fine.
In closing ok service but careless. Technician needed to pay attention to details to insure quality service first time.
