I have used Comcast as my high speed Internet provider for the past two years and have been very satisfied with them. The service rarely goes down, and when it does it does not take long to get back up again. Every time I have a problem with my service the Customer Service team is very helpful and they do everything they can to solve the issue.

Reliable service and up-time. Digital cable service inconvenient in that cable box is required at each television wishing to view digital channels. Hopefully cable cards will be available soon thru Comcast. Cable service priced slightly higher than Directv for similar channels.

CUSTOMER SERVICE WISE THEY NEED TO TRAIN THEIR REPS MORE ON CUSTOMER SERVICE AND POLITENESS. THEY WERE RUDE AND NASTY. THE ELECTRICIAN HIMSELF DID A GOOD JOB. I WAS SATISFIED WITH HIS SERVICE AND THE JOB HE DID.
