I went in with my heart and soul..got a phone call 1 hour later... sorry Sparky is dead! What!!!!!!! WON'T call him a DOCTOR, KEITH GOLD killed my Monkey and had absolutely NO remorse. He stated that I asked too many questions! Wow really? His definitely misdiagnosed him. My real vet Mike never had a issue with anything. Unfortunately he was out of town, why I had to go to this clown.He knew Mike was way more competent than him. Hiw do you tell the owner "I don't know what happened, but he is dead" not acceptable. He died in your hospital under your care!!! If you love your pet....DON'T GO HERE! I am still devastated. ??

It went so well! I brought my 10 year old bunny in because he was lethargic and not eating. He needed help right away. Dr. Gold and his team took amazing care of him. He was hospitalized with fluids, medication, and ICU care right away. He had surgery to remove a liver lobe torsion and is now home doing so well. I am forever thankful. Chadwell acted quickly and effectively to save my bunny's life.

My parrot, Greyson, suddenly started displaying symptions of wheezing and lethargy last Sunday and Monday morning was much worse. I called Chadwell and they got me in right away. Even though they had a 5pm appointment slot, Dr. Gold saw my little guy at 8:45am before they’re even supposed to “officially” start taking appointments. Once ill, birds can go downhill very quickly (as in a matter of hours) and I’m so appreciative they made an exception to take us when they did. Greyson was diagnosed with pneumonia and had so much fluid in his lungs that Dr. Gold felt it was too risky to put him on his back to do xrays or blood work. Long story short, Dr. Gold took a stab in the dark and put him on two different meds without knowing exactly what the cause was (bacterial, fungal, etc.). Two days later at Greyson’s follow-up, his lungs had cleared so much that Dr. Gold didn’t feel the need to do the xrays or even blood work. Amazing. The point of all that rambling is to illustrate how the people at Chadwell go above and beyond to help an animal in need; how they have true compassion and concern for those in their care; how they have the knowledge and experience to provide the right treatment; and how they’re not just in it for the money. Dr. Gold could have easily told me at the follow-up that xrays and blood tests were still a good idea and I’m the kind of pet owner who would’ve said, “Okay, let’s do it.” Instead, I walked out with my pet already on the mend and an $18 charge for his re-check. I’ll never go to any other vet practice.

We saw Dr. Williams back in November for a check up on my Guinea Pig because we suspected Ovarian Cysts. She was very gentle with my Sadie and knew exactly what she was talking about. I will NEVER go to anyone else. She performed the surgery (spay) about 2 weeks later, and everything went very good and Sadie made a full recovery. I will start taking my Guinea Pigs there for their yearly check ups.

We were seen within minutes and after a very thorough exam my dog's wound was cleaned and medicated. We were sent home with meds and a care plan.They even called several days later to check on Buddy. They are awesome people who take great care of all my pets.

It is reliable, reasonable vet service that is local. For Kada, we have been using the same doctor, so the doctor has a good relationship with my German Shepherd. Basically, we have had the dogs for 3 ½ years. The dogs have gone there once when we first got them and then we have had annual checkups in February & July of each year.

They provide reliable and reasonable veterinarian care that's local.

We have been going there for years, that is where we take both of our dogs. The price was very reasonable. They have friendly reasonable service. They are my local vet.

I continue to use them.

Callie was was greeted and treated with care during her vet ordeal.  She cried all the way to the vet but calmed down after it was over!!  They are very kind people.

I've always been impressed in general with all Chadwell's vets. This most recent visit was no exception. I was taken to the exam room at my scheduled appointment time and had approximately a two minute wait before the doctor came in. She was very kind, compassionate and patient, as well as informative. She took her time in her examination, explanations, and suggestions on the best course of action. I didn't feel rushed through at all, even though there was a waiting room full of patients.

I hardly ever give reviews on anything, but after 10 years of taking my four dogs and my bird to Chadwell, I feel they deserve some positive recognition. I can't say enough about the services they provide to the community.

Very thorough appointment!! I've had animals for over 50 years and this was the first time my dog has been given or even offered comfort pads on the floor to lie down on while we waited. Very kind and gentle care by both the tech and Dr. Williams. Extremely impressed by Dr. Williams exam. Brought up concerns that our regular vet never addressed. Our beloved dog was so much better when we left Chadwell's that she was able to stand and walk out as suppose to being carried. (We had carried her in and she could not stand at the onset of the appointment) Upon returning home she was able to use the yard, seek water and eat a soup I had made from her canned dog food. Right now our dog is peacefully sleeping in her bed and appears to be in a much better place. Hopefully these positive results will continue.

The professional staff at CHADWELL VETS is knowledgable, professional and friendly. The front desk (as we all are dependent on) is friendly, helpful, compassionate and sensitive.

We have used Chadwell for our adopted Pug for four years.  Our pup has ongoing health problems due to atopic dermatitis.  Chadwell has always proven fantastic in helping us to keep him in good health! They have a very friendly staff who are willing to answer questions.  It's always been easy to get an appointment scheduled in a timely manner.  We also use the vet techs for regular maintenance such as nail trims, and everyone is always completely friendly and professional.  Highly recommend Chadwell!

This was my first time scheduling an appointment with Chadwell Animal Hospital to have a cat netured.  I am aways a very nervous person during this proceedure.   I found the process was so much easier than previous veterinarians and was very pleased with how things went.  My kitty was alert and comfortable after surgery.  He healed quickly and was back to play time in no time.  I would highly recommend this Hospital for treatment and care of our loved ones.
