He hauled all the old boards away.  He does exact work. He completed the work when he said it wold be done. He was here when he said he would be. Everything was taken away like he said it wold be. He was courteous and polite. He really did a good job. He explains everything to you so if you op for something else you understand completely what your getting. He gives you the option of either nails or screws. He wasn't cheap. my husband thought he was reasonable.

Bill and Keith were so cooperative and helpful in recommending better placement for the basement lighting and even went and purchased the light fixture for the outside after listening to what its main purpose was. I felt totally at ease with them being in the house and would have felt comfortable leaving them with a key if the need had arisen. The repair to the wallpapered drywall was complicated by the age of the remnant. Bill was able to patiently work with it and his attention to detail is evident in that it's had to spot where the repair occurred. The same was true of the new ceiling fan. They were able to remove the crown molding and snake the wires underneath thereby reducing the number of holes needed. You can not even see any evidence of their work, except for a delightful, cooling fan. We were very pleased and will definitely hire them again.
