They have some good stuff and they have some stuff that's mediocre at times. I didn't like the experience the tires I got at a good price but I didn't like the experience. I felt like you had to hunt down somebody to wait on you they would see you and just kind of walk through and not acknowledge you, I didn't particularly cared for the experience, but I knew it wasn't just me it was some other people that felt the same way that was in the store at the time. I don't like the scheduling and it seem as if they took a while to for this one to schedule they didn't let us know when the tires arrive and they had to be ordered.

must be a BJ's member purchased four tirs with coupon. tires were in stock able to shop warehouse while tires installed selection is smaller than tire retailer but cost is lower

They were extremely helpful. This location seems to be very, very good.

The service was prompt and friendly. The staff also showed me problems that they noted with my brake pads and suggested how long I might have before they should be replaced. My regular mechanic later seconded their assessment. The staff helped me to pick out tires that would meet the needs of my car and driving without over-spending.

THE STAFF WAS VERY FRIENDLY. I DIDN'T HAVE AN APPOINTMENT, BUT THEY QUICKLY ACCOMMODATED ME. THEY ASSURED ME THAT AFTER INSPECTING THE PROBLEM THAT THEY JUST NEEDED TO REMOVE A NAIL FROM MY FLAT TIRE AND THEN PATCH IT. THE ENTIRE PROCESS TOOK LESS THAN 25 MINUTES.
