In the end, our pool looks beautiful and they did good work, however, it can be difficult to pin them down to when things will be done. Dean was very nice and professional, but it could be frustrating waiting to hear dates for the steps, the liner, etc. I love our new liner and I m glad it s all done.

I couldn t have asked for a better experience with Admiral Pools. From start to finish!! After owning my pool for 20 years I decided to go newer , bigger, and better for my new grandbabies. Mrs Debbie is awesome this was my first pool and she walked me through the whole process. I had alot of questions and she was happy to answer them. I would recommend Admiral Pool and especially Mrs. Debbie to anyone who needs a pool.

The workmanship was below average. I had to force them to redo the tile because it was not straight. Had an issue with the plasterer and massive delays. I had to be the project manager making sure the work got done to an acceptable standard. Lacked communication and demanded payment regardless of my workmanship issues. The back office customer service and invoicing was a nightmare.

This project that I was once so excited over has become a complete nightmare and I'm so upset and in tears! Back in February 2018 I had met with several pool companies for quotes and timelines on pools. I will say they all were close in price so it really wasn't about the price that drove me to Admiral. I first met Dean (sales person) who was very nice and professional and really knows how to sell a pool. My suggestion to him would be to find another pool company to work for. My biggest concern was getting this pool done by my daughter's 16th birthday which is July 20th. Dean said if we sign the contract sooner than later then this will happen. We signed the contract the 1st week of March and he told me the pool would start the middle to end of May but it would definitely be done by the end of June. He said once it starts it will take 2 1/2 to 3 weeks to complete weather permitting. That was perfect! May was a pretty rainy month so I knew our start date would be pushed a little. They broke ground on May 30th and within a couple days they had the hole dug and pool walls installed. We were thinking WOW this is awesome. Craig (owner) lead us to believe it would be done in a week or two at this point. Once the walls were up which was the 1st week of June the majority of my pool payment was due. At this point I have given this company $31,000. BIG MISTAKE! Don't pay any company majority of your money upfront! Once they had my money everything SLOWED down. There was one week that rained in June for the whole week so I understand that being a delay. Otherwise it been pretty dry. To start before they even dug the hole we told them to be careful of our property line because my neighbors fence is deceiving and it's 4 feet inside their property line. Craig told me not to worry they would go by my plat. Well that didn't happen and there were mounds of dirt on my neighbors property. My neighbor said something to my husband about it and he really nice and asked us to move it and it would be fine. We called Admiral asking them to do this. They said they would but weeks went by with no response! My husband starting calling them every day looking for a project update and the only person he could talk to was Alicia (Craig's assistant) and Alicia would write down everything we said and say she would get back to us after she talked to Craig. It's the calling back that never happens. Or she will say they will be out tomorrow and tomorrow would come and go and we don't see or hear a thing. The customer service is HORRIFIC!!! Craig who managers the projects and owns the company WILL NOT speak to customers. The only time you hear from him is to collect a check. The pool started on May 30th and they finally moved the dirt off my neighbors property on July 13th. Absolutely not acceptable! I will say during the project we did decide on a retaining wall which Dean told us would add a week to our project and that was fine. Over 3 weeks after ordering the wall they sta

I hired this company to install my pool and pavers. I have been working with them for three years trying to get various things fixed with poor reliability and communication. The latest problem at there recommendation is to seal the pavers around the pool. They installed the sealer (SRW) wrong and the gray pavers turn white. This was last September and here it is May and they attempted to strip the sealer off ran out stripper and I haven't seen or hear from the owner yet.The pavers are worst than ever. I haven't been able to use the pool area since. I just want them to fix the damage they done and get out of my life. I would never use or recommend ever.

Mr. G gave an informative presentation that deserved an academy award. Admiral was easily accessible and answered all of my calls with the same great attitude as the first day we met. I am extremely happy with the customer service that I received and highly recommend this company to build your swimming pool.

Quality of work fair. Pattern on tile doesn't match. Did not communicate with us. Did not come when scheduled and did not call to inform us.it took months to get them them started. Job still not completed. Had to threaten legal action.

My husband end up telling tell what he thought was wrong with the pool

I have worked with Admiral for more than 10 years as they installed my in-ground vinyl lined pool. Our heat pump had outlived its useful life and the salt system needed updating. Dean took the time to show me my options and gave me a great discount for being a long-time customer. Both installers were prompt and did a good job of installation checking the systems and ensuring there were no leaks or issues. The cost of installation was a bit more than I expected charging 3 hours instead of the estimated 2 hours. Overall, I am very satisfied with the result.

They are people of their word, show up when they say they are going to and do what they say they will do.

We had this pool installed by another company 15 years ago and have had trouble with the liner floating since the first season. Admiral came and and installed a drainage system which has completed eliminated the problem. We ordered a new liner from them last year as well. All the work they did was excellent. The men cleaned up after themselves, and were always friendly and professional. We are very pleased with the outcome. If the liner didn't float after all the rain we've had this spring, I'm confident that the problem has been solved.

The 2 guys who come out to open my pool in the Spring are very knowledgeable and very good at their job. The same goes when they come to close my pool in the fall. Just one slight issue for the 25-30 minutes that they are here, I just think they're a little bit high.

I have had two pools built by Admiral. The first was 15 years ago when they used subcontractors and we were pleased. We sold our house, bought a new one and wanted another pool and contracted with them again. Now they do much more, including fencing, retaining walls, lighting and more, all in house. I loved not having to deal with anyone else and this second experience was even better than the first

Either the reviews are fake or Admiral was having a really bad two years. That is how long it took, and then did not deliver as promised. We have had to repair leaks in almost two years since, and this Spring when we opened there were 11 tiles in the pool. Our pool looks uglier than it did before they showed up! If this is your only pool company, No thanks!

Customer service is excellent. They appear on site when promised and do all work as stated. My fourth year dealing with this company.

Left pebbles under liner and told us when fixed I would have to pay for water to refill pool. Went weeks without calling or contacting about when job would be done or work continued .Offered a pool closing to compensate for water cost. Did a good job on liner and system.

Professional and on Time

Admiral Enterprises installed our new vinyl liner pool with fire pit, outdoor lighting and water feature this fall. The pool is absolutely gorgeous! We chose Admiral because they listened to what we wanted and helped us design an outdoor living space within our budget. They worked diligently to complete the project on time, despite weather delays. If the ground was dry, they were working. The project was completed in less than 5 weeks and within our budget. Admiral coordinated perfectly with its subcontractors. Their staff is knowledgable, friendly and responsive. When it comes time to expand our outdoor space we will use Admiral again!
