They show up when they say they're going to. The job that they do is professional.

They're very good. They're very expensive. But you know that the job that they're going to do is good. They're there when they say they're going to be.

Service was excellent and very responsive. Watson's put us in as the first call of the next day knowing that we were without water. I cannot dispute price as I did not shop the same capability with other companies. I did go on line and saw that the product sold to us is top of the line (a good thing) and we were not adverse to the added cost as we saw this as an investment for improved water supply service from our well.

Each time the service provided cost exactly what was estimated and was done professionally and meticulously.

The estimates are reasonable and were credited toward the work cost and we never felt pressured to agree to any service or repair.

During the septic tank rebuild, they showed up with a team of men with multiple trucks and the backhoe. If any unanticipated part were needed they would not have to stop work like a one-man operation would. (though it seems that they anticipate almost everything!) At the end of the job, the company owner stopped by to personally approve the work and assure I was pleased with the work (and his men) before allowing the fill-in and cleanup to begin.

I do not have a single plumber... I have a team of them and they go by the name Watson's!

Great! There are 2 critical issues here: they came in 1 day and called via telephone to give me updates on the tech's arrival time. I called 7 plumbers before Watson's; none could come the same day. Watson's established a 2-hour arrival window and took my number to inform me when the tech was en route. This gave me the freedom to use my time efficiently while I waited.

These guys are there when we need them and do it right the first time. We don't have enough time to work with anybody else.

They were professional while they worked. I would use them in the future. They are very timely. They arrived on time to do the work. They did not horse around while they were working. I would recommend them.

Service men were early for appointment; called ahead to make sure that it would be all right to arrive earlier than scheduled. Arrived and surveyed job. Provided a written estimate and explanation of charges. Gave opinion of what should be done to the toilet. Completed work and cleaned areas well.

They were a little late and we had to call to find out they weren't going to meet the window promised, but when they arrived the estimate was correct and the drain just needed clearing. They tested it several times to ensure that the problem was solved and explained the procedures along the way.

Watson's came within the period of time they promised. The plumber they sent was friendly and neat. The greatest part was that they came out on the same day, just hours after I called, and corrected the problem for us. This was impressive, since we had gone 2 weeks with virtually no hot water, waiting on the plumbing company who originally diagnosed the problem to come back out to fix it. The only downside was they would not provide the lifetime warranty they offer on parts and installation when you purchase their faucets on the nicer faucets that I bought myself. With my own faucets, they offered just a one year guarantee on the installation. Overall, price was high in comparison to the other company, coming out to about double what the other company was charging. (They use a per job charge rather than per hour). You get what you pay for and Watson's earned it, considering their customer service and response time.

I called the plumber around 11:00 AM to report a water leak . The plumber arrived in the time period that the office advised he would. He first tried to make a repair to the existing toilet. Based on the age of the original plumbing fixture he advised replacement of the toilet. The new toilet was installed within 2 hours of that decision.

ONE YOUNG MAN WAS SENT OUT TO DO THE REPAIRS. HE WAS VERY POLITE AND FRIENDLY. HE WAS VERY CAREFUL NOT TO SCRATCH THE WALLS WHILE SWITCHING OUT THE TOILET.
