Lousy The unit was installed and produced muddy looking water with bits floating in it. The plumber said it would clear. It did not. As this was his solution and did not work I asked to have the unit removed after 10 days installed. His response was "I don't have much use of a used neutralizer". I refused to pay and HE sued ME. He took no responsibility for a solution he designed and installed.

It was just excellent with all due respect. The quality of the work was great. Their communication was great. They did exactly what they said they'd do. The workmanship was excellent. The pricing was good.

I called them and told them that my sump pump went out. They quoted me $1525, which I unfortunately agreed to. The part was only $600. They charged me 2.5 times the going rate. After the fact, I called a couple of other plumbers and they were going to charge about $675 for the same work. I think that they are crooks and I would recommend them to anyone. I really think they are just taking advantage of senior citizens.

Given that it was a Saturday, I was concerned about getting someone out to our house. I called just before 11:00 am, and Scott was at our house by noon. There was a fee for him to come out and diagnose the problem, but we were okay with that. It was around $130.
I had done some research about the average cost of well pump replacements and Scott's estimate came in right around where I was expecting it to. This was after we decided to upgrade to a system that would provide more pressure. The complete upgrade will happen in the future, so right now nothing is different about our system expect for a new, higher quality pump and the potential for more pressure in the future. That's because we plan on renovating our basement and will wait until we have the plans to do that before we install the wall system that will activate the upgrade. The next step in the upgrade will cost probably an additional $2,000-$2,200 making the total cost of the well pump and upgrade around $6200. Again, we were okay with this because our giant basement tank is going to need replacing soon and would cost around $2000 to replace. This way, we are losing the space hogging tank and upgrading our system.
Scott quoted us the price, did the work, and when it was time for us to pay, he realized he had given us a price that wasn't accurate and lowered it to reflect the equipment cost. Scott answered all of our questions, was very pleasant and polite and very easy to work with.
Highly recommend.

They're the best plumbers around. Everything's good. They always answer the phone and they're quick to get a technician out here. Their technicians are very knowledgeable. They answer all my questions. They make sure they explain everything that they're going to do before they do it. They give me the opportunity to take my time and make a decision instead of just standing there and wait for me to say yes. They always give me a good estimate first. I would absolutely use them in the future.
