 + -1 moreI've used Chad a number of times for many of the properties that I manage and he always does a professional job.
Description of Work: I manage a property in Baltimore that was remodeled almost a year ago. The HVAC heating system was improperly installed and failed. Chad went out there and serviced the unit. Since the unit was less than a year old he went and obtained the parts (draft motor, copper pipping, etc) and he and another technican actually stayed there and re-installed the unit to the specs that service manual had indicated which the previous Installer did not use. Chad did not charge us for the motor because it was under warranty and for all the time that he and another person spent fixing the unit, I was amazed at the cost.
