We recently made the decision to take on another home improvement project, adding a 20 x 30 foot family room attached to our single story rancher. In a few short days he provided us with a draft concept and cost estimate, his cost estimate was $23,000.00 lower than the next closest contractor! His concept was exactly what we had envisioned! Ted coordinated all of the permits and inspections and kept us completely informed on the progress. During the construction, Ted was onsite every day ensuring his personal high quality standards were met! Every inspection was completed on schedule and without a single flaw or delay. Ted?s knowledge and experience in all aspects of our home addition helped guide us through the entire process. He was able to answer all of our questions, and set our expectations on next steps, costs, and to make even the challenging parts of the project to go well. His understanding of county building codes and the process made everything go very smoothly. When we were concerned about how to economize by doing some work ourselves, he helped us to understand what made sense, and was flexible in working with us to set appropriate boundaries and expectations around how to get the most for our investment. New garage door. Rafters needed additional structure to support and entry required re squaring, completed in a timely manner.

Punctual and timely (flu reason added a few days). Answered all questions and addressed all concerns. Even answered questions regarding repair work I was doing around the house; loaned me tools/equipment to do it. Cleaned up their mess.
