I have used them for three projects and would only use them as they are craftsmen in every sense of the word. They treat every project as if they were doing it for their own homes. Not many people take the time, as they do, to get it perfect. If you looking for a rushed job that "will do" this is not the company. They do it right using the old adage measure twice cut once. They communicate with the customer every step of the way and won't be happy until you are happy.

I hired TMS to add a bedroom, laundry room and bathroom to my home. I wasn't sure exactly how it could be done on my budget, but Ted made it happen! He spent a lot of time planning and discussing the project with me, making necessary changes with my approval and explaining the process. The rooms turned out well above my expectations; their work is outstanding. They are honest and very trustworthy; I would not hesitate to hire them again and would highly recommend them! Ted and his crew are awesome!

I hired TMS to enlarge and replace a residential deck. The team was very professional, efficient, and timely. They went well above and beyond my expectations. We had TMS add an addition, detached two car garage, transform old garage into a family room, and renovate a bathroom. Let me just say, I am not one to give a review unless whom I am reviewing go above and beyond my expectations. Being the son of a contractor and working in the field for years, I am hard to please. TMS went above and beyond. The Craftsmanship of the work they did was excellent. They kept me informed of what and when every step of the way. They were very courteous and respectful. This is the second time I have used TMS Commercial Builders and their craftsmanship, professionalism and work ethics are nothing short of phenomenal with every project! When speaking with him, he reviews/explains every aspect of the project and very respectfully offers suggestions to ensure you are receiving not only top quality results, you are investing in a product that will stand unaffected through the rigors of use, time and weather. You will not find a contractor with the experience and knowledge that TMS Commercial Builders possess. Ted uses his vast wealth of knowledge and experience to ensure complete satisfaction is achieved; not only for the initial use after completion, but for the longevity of ownership. In addition, Teds associates exhibit the same morals and values; we were very comfortable around anyone who was involved with the project. We both had complete trust and confidence that anything on our property and inside our house would be respected and untouched, even while we were away. You cannot find a contractor these days that you can trust in this way, you almost feel that you are working with your best friend or close family member who is ensuring you and what you have worked for is taken care of. The most recent project I contracted was a custom built garage with dimensions of 35x25x12. My property sits on a downhill slope perpendicular to the street. Due to the natural spring the property is on top of and the natural drainage of the property, my garage needed to be built well above grade. Ted designed a rock solid above grade foundation, reinforced with steel and a reinforced concrete slab that far exceeded building code requirements. Many admirers were stopping by asking Ted when he would be finished building my bunker as his foundation work was unlike anything they had ever seen. They continued to stop by as he was framing and completing the structure. Again, they could not believe the quality of materials and construction methods TMS Commercial Builders use. As for value, no one will come close to TMS commercial builders. Although I will not discuss the dollar amount I spent on this project, I can tell you that Ted was very reasonable and affordable: $13000-$17000 less than any custom builder (that I would have had to compromise on my vision with) and a pleasantly affordable amount over the prefabricated/pole buildings (including foundation with slab). Ted stayed well within my budget and explained the costs associated every step of the way. Bottom Line: Hire TMS Commercial Builders for any project that you may have. You will be nothing short of impressed with the results from start to finish, a project completed in a timely manner AND at a price you can afford! TMS went above building codes with deeper footings, thicker walls and more insulation. Ted, the owner, cares deeply about his reputation and the quality of his work.

We recently made the decision to take on another home improvement project, 20 x 30 foot family room attached to our single story rancher, and were very fortunate to have TMS Commercial Builders help us through the entire process! We are very thankful to have meet Ted and his team! TMS Commercial Builders is our contractor of choice for any future project! What made the difference in our project is Teds personal involvement in every phase of the project. Ted came to our home and listened to our thoughts on the project; he really took the time to listen to us. When we were all finished he asked a few questions and told us that he had a clear understanding of what we wanted. In a few short days he provided us with a draft concept and cost estimate, his cost estimate was $23,000.00 lower than the next closest contractor! His concept was exactly what we had envisioned! Ted coordinated all of the permits and inspections and kept us completely informed on the progress. During the constructions Ted was there onsite everyday ensuring his personal high quality standards were met! Every inspection was completed on schedule and without a single flaw or delay.

Ted and his crew very professional, did an excellent job within budget and on time. I will definitely call again for my next project.

After final completion of our front porch addition, I wanted to acknowledge the outstanding work done by TMS Commercial Building. Our primary concern from the beginning was quality of work with the final porch looking original to the house and that is exactly what we got and more. In additional to having a beautiful front porch now, we are the envy of the block. All of our neighbors are so impressed with the quality of work and attention to details. We had four contractors provide us estimates for the project and the Ted immediately impressed us. He listened to what we wanted rather than us having to listen to what the contractor thought we wanted. I highly recommend TMS Commercial Builders. I had an unfinished basement completely remodeled. Ted is very personable and listens to what you want. Ted is very detailed oriented. Ted and his crew are very approachable during each phase of construction. Ted and his crew are very polite and respectful to you , your family and your property. Any change to the original plans are address immediately. The finish product is exactly as planned and discussed with Ted. There are no surprises. What you want is what you will get. My project was completed ahead of schedule and with no changes in budget. I will use TMS in all future projects.
