Roofing
They were very good. They get an A on everything. They did everything in one day. The roof was beautiful when it was finished. We were the only ones with a new roof, so when you turned the corner and looked up, it was beautiful. They cleaned up behind themselves. We had a bad storm where our tenant called and said that the roof was leaking. One of the shingles had blown off. They came right out and repaired it free of charge.

Their customer service does vary from store to store and some are less professional than others. They are usually stocked very well which is never a problem.

There was a distinct disconnect between Home Depot and their vendor for which they blamed each other.
Unfortunately, that meant we were caught in between.
They did not maintain the promised schedule, became indignant when I called to ask 'where is the door promised?' and simply did not communicate with us unless we forced the issue.
It finally came down to telling them that we wanted to recind the contract and installation and return the door for full credit
Suddenly, the vendor was there the next day installing it (two weeks late).
Great job once it was done.... however...
