Oscar and his team were AWESOME! They showed up on time and did excellent work. Oscar gave us great recommendations for our patio and he communicated with us daily during the project construction. We live the final product and pricing was great as well. I would hire them again!!

From our first contact with Oscar, he exhibited a professional and caring attitude, listening to our wants and needs and developing a plan that we loved and a price that was exceptionally competitive. His team were polite and respectful and the yard was cleaned at the end of each day. No surprises! We had interviewed 3 other contractors and were glad we chose Oscar.

Horrible, I would not recommend Oscar Padilla and Solid Brick Contracting to anyone. The project started off fine, but once issues starting coming up, incorrect cuts, paver problems, forgot to lay down paver fabric, pool coping mistakes, that is when things got really bad. If you have him do your pool coping do not even think of hiring him, they are not experienced with pools at all. Oscar shows lack of professionalism and a really bad attitude. Oscar literally screamed *God* two different times at me and my wife when we pointed out mistakes by his crew. No one screams like that at my wife, he did apologize for that but his attitude was still very bad after that. He had to redo the pool coping twice due to major mistakes by his team, and it still has issues that he did not come out to replace after almost 3 months. While trying to get these issues resolved, he cancelled roughly 5 times on us since he was paid him initially and its still not fixed. Him and his crew have NO attention to detail, very poor workmanship. Lastly, on the final day we noticed defects with the pavers, and we reported the problem to him ( He told us wait a day or so and it will come off with soap and water, it never came off) and the manufacture. Fast forward 2 months, the manufacture agreed to send out replacement pavers at no cost, but Solid Brick Contracting expects me the customer to pay twice for labor. The manufacture stated that Oscar Padilla should of never put these pavers down since they were defective. Bottom line is do not hire Oscar Padilla and Solid Brick Contracting, the price may seem good at first, but the unprofessional-ism, lack of quality, and failure to respond once the job has been paid for is unacceptable

I wish I could send pictures to show how impressed I am with the retaining wall they built. My wife and I just sit in the corner of the yard and stare at it. They removed 20 feet of old railroad ties and replaced it with stone. They were not just stone mechanics but artist. The way they did the corners far exceeded how I would have done it. They were very freindly and went out of their way to please my wife. Not a easy task,after 13 years I am still trying. I would recommend them to anybody who needs stone work. Oscar great job.

Installed concrete pavers for a 225sqft patio and fixed a 40ft retaining wall (added proper draining, grid-ex, and re-leveled). Came in competitively prices, worked with me to address all concerns, and completed both projects in 2.5days and on budget. Would highly recommend for any patio or retaining wall projects.

Oscar is the best there is when it comes to customer service, responsiveness, and professionalism. The installation of our paver patio with fire pit is everything we had wished for.

They always cleaned the work site at the end of the day and went above and beyond in completing a couple of extra things we asked of them. Solid brick contracting is a an awesome company. They did a 100’ long retaining wall in just 3 days and put up a privacy fence. Oscar and his team and very professional and always arrived on time and left the site clean and neat. His guys do very good work and Oscar always kept me informed throughout the entire process. Highly recommend solid brick contracting.

The work that was completed was amazing and top quality. The staff was very professional. They showed up early and were finished in a matter of a couple of hours. I would certainly use Solid Brick Contracting again for any other masonry repairs or additions.

We are very satisfied with the work and value that Oscar Padilla provided. In August 2016 his crew removed and replaced a patio and two walkways that were 30 years old, faded and settled. The job was expertly performed, I write now because after 3 years there is no settling, excellent drainage away from the house, no puddling and no fading and NO weeds growing between the pavers. I highly recommend his company, btw his price was the lowest if the four bids I received.

This company is the most honest and professional that I have worked with. They have a clienr for life. I will use their services and tell all my neighbors about their work.
