THE OWNER OF THE COMPANY WAS COURTEOUS AND VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT RADON. HE EXPLAINED ALL ABOUT THE EPA STANDARDS AND THE DIFFERENT RECOMNEDIATION SYSTEMS. HE HELPED US REQUIRE A SPECIFIC SYSTEM FROM THE SELLER FO THEHOMW.
Description of Work: THE COMPANY COMPLETED TWO RADON TESTS ON THE PROPERTY WE WERE PURCHASING. THE FIRST TEST INDICATED RADON LEVELS THAT EXCEEDED THE EPA LIMITS. THE SECOND TEST CONFIRMED THAT THE RADON SYSTEM THAT WAS INSTALLED WORKED.
