Overall the kitchen renovation went well. He was very responsive, professional, and overall worked well.
However when I had him out to do the next project the following spring, he started it but was unable to finish. There were many delays, he was not responsive to calls, e-mails, texts, etc. and after about 6 months we agreed to terminate the project and he refunded my deposit for the unfinished work. My house was in semi-demo mode for 6 months, and I eventually found another contractor to finish the job.
