Great experience

They're very good. Steve Whiteford is the route manager. Steve is very polite and nice and will try to help you in any way he can. When you call them and tell them you're having a problem they'll come right out. They're very nice. They're so good that I don't see any ants. They also treat my attic for mice.

They came out quickly, and gave me candid and accurate feedback and information. I would highly recommend them.

Great. Chris arrived at exactly the time scheduled (within 24 hours of our initial phone contact), and took care to carefully explain what to look for to determine if termites were present. (They weren't). Chris didn't try to sell us anything at all. We decided to sign up for their plan to keep mice out of our home, which has been an intermittent problem.

I just used them last year and now I signed a contract with them.  They only have to come back one more time but they were prompt and they came back.  They come out once a year to inspect.  I chose them because I had a lot of referrals.  A lot of people used them. I researched it myself then I asked questions and found out that I knew a lot of people that have used them.  I am very happy with them.  They were very nice.  Everything was good.

We met with the sales rep Chris Ator on July 9, 2015 after we were told there had likely been termites in some wet areas under the shingles and in the roof truss as a result of a leak that was unknown to us until we power washed the side of the house.  Chris measured and examined our entire house and interviewed us regarding any knowledge of  termites upon purchase of the home three years earlier.  He was thorough and complete in his explanation of treatment, materials used in treatment, safety of materials, and cost.  Chris completely reviewed with us a contract we were asked to sign which was lengthy and very complete.  He also reviewed the cost of the annual renew and recommended that we stay on-top of the issue annually so that we would not be concerned about invasion in the future.  Four  days later, on July 13, we were cantacted by Jerry Gordon, the technician assigned to perform the extermination process.  Jerry gave us an arrival time and informed us that he would be at our house the entire day.  Jerry also advised us of any responsibilities we would bear (few) as far as moving items in the garage and basement.  Jerry arrived on time July 14.  He was very careful and considerate of our property and worked the entire time he was at the house. When Jerry left we felt that he had really performed a great service with the best of professionalism!  He assured us that we could call anytime we had concerns before our annual contact became renewable.  We were confident that we had undertaken the best company for the greatest protection at a reasonable price.
We will be using Fidelity Exterminating annually.

It took several visits to finally eradicate the carpenter ants that showed up in the spring. Was told after the second treatment, "That should do it!" Not so much?it took two more visits to get the problem under control. Nothing against the techs, I just think they may have underestimated the problem initially. I have an on-going service contract with them, so we'll see how it goes.

The bad news is that we found live termite activity near the front door of our twelve year old home. The good news is that we had the good fortune to get in touch with Fidelity Exterminating. Fidelity assessed our problem, quoted a fair price and completed the work as scheduled, neatly and with professionalism. The only way that I could be more pleased is if we had never gotten termites!

We began having problems with seasonal pests so we called Fidelity Exterminating.  Their representative came out within a day and checked out our entire house and garage.  He was very professional and answered our many questions at length so we were able to get a complete understanding as to what action is necessary.  He gave us an estimate that included a years worth of treatments so we never get to this point again.  Then he proceeded to treat the inside of the house and garage and the perimiter of the house.

This company, by far is outstanding.  I called them and they responded the next day.  The person I spoke to on the phone, as well as the gentleman who performed the services exceeded all of my expectations.  The person who answers the telephone was very personable,
professional, down to earth.  She made sure that someone would respond immediately, and that is what happened.
The exterminator, was kind, respectful, knowledgeable, thorough, and made sure I knew exactly what he was doing and how the whole process works.  I could not be happier.  I had a question about scratching, or what sounded like scratching, or an animal in between my
walls.  The owner Bernie, talked to me an assured me that the scratching was probably a wired that makes that sound on a windy day.
He was right, he even told me to call him back if the problem still existed.  He too was professional, down to earth, and took all the time I needed.  I would highly recommend this company to anyone who has a pest problem.  Whenever I see or feel there is an ant, spider, or any other problem, they are @ my door the same day or the next day.  They are awesome, and I know I can count on them to respond immediately, and at a reasonable cost.

They've been very consistent and reliable. If you have an issue, they will come back no questions asked and re-look at an area or re-treat it. They're very good people and they are very nice.

I took over the contract from the home's previous owner, and everything is going well.  They always do thorough inspections and phone ahead for appointments.

Fidelity Exterminating has been treating the home I've been renting for the past 3 years.  I've had two different employees servicing the property since I've been there.  Both have been wonderful.  When I first moved into the property there was a problem with silver fish & house centipedes (yuck!)  They came out and did a full treatment inside & outside.   I've had my occasional ants, crickets and field mice to deal with but all were taken care of with one phone call.   The quarterly service is reliable.  I can't speak about the cost as I am renting and my landlord flips the bill.   I will be moving to a new resident soon and have already scheduled Fidelity to service my new resident.

We had a touchy situation because we had a pump that was close to the house and the pipe never got contaminated.

I had an inspection done first and had several questions which were answered promptly. An appointment was made and they accommodated my schedule which was very helpful. I opted for a years worth of treatment. Payment options were given to suit multiple budgets. I paid in full which yields a slight discount.  The Exterminator came on schedule and was on time. He explained the treatment process and was observant and careful while spraying around personal items in the basement. Outside, traps were set and more spraying. I do wish the person giving the treatment had been slightly more careful in my wife's garden. Only two places were the stepping stones ignored. A minor thing and he was careful not to step directly onto plants. And in his defense, there were some areas that required a reach that perhaps could not have been gotten to otherwise. Again, a real minor nit to pick! Post visit, results were seen quickly. Within two days, we encountered multiple crickets and spiders with legs up in the air! Webs outside moved away from the deck, garage and front doors which were the main nuisance. It's been slightly over a month and NONE of my wife's roses or other flowers and plants have been negatively affected by the treatment. We were assured ahead of time and the claim seems to be valid. Overall a very good experience.

Over all it was a great experience.

We spoke with Bernie Cox on Friday about a possible issue with bed bugs at the house. He agreed to come out the next day and he actually arrived early. He didn't find any evidence of bedbugs but he was very gracious about that and didn't offer services that we didnt' need. If we have any issues in the future we will definitely call Fidelity again.

Everything went really well. Since moving into the home we had considered doing some work in the yard where a retaining wall had old, rotting wood ties surrounding it. Mr. Moxey suggested that if we had any substantial digging to do that we do it before his outside treatment though he was nice enough to say that if we wanted to do the repairs to the retaining wall after his treatment, he could come out and re-treat where necessary. We decided to have the retaining wall area dug out first and replaced with stonework. Mr. Moxey's work then could be done afterwards. At no time did he make me feel pressured and panicked which can happen when you find out you have termites in your house. At one point when my handyman was replacing a section of paneling that had been damaged, the termites got a little out of hand and were actually on my carpet. (this, of course, was before Mr. Moxey's treatment) This, of course, drove me nuts, and I called Mr. Moxey's office about what to do and his assistant said he was off that day, but she would have someone else call me back. Within minutes, Mr. Moxey himself called me and reassured me that all we had to do was use a shop vac to scoop them up and that it definitely was not a big deal. I have gladly purchased a contract for Mr. Moxey's firm to inspect each year at a cost of $95 a year with a guarantee that if termites return, they will be treated with no charge.

I've been using Fidelity Exterminating for over 16 years and they have been excellent. They have always gone the extra mile. The owner himself came out for an inspection when I had found a previously un-inspected spot in my basement. Over the years they've sent various employees to my house and they have all been trained very well. I will definitely continue to use them in the future.
