I had tornado damage from June 2024. The damage was not bad but it felt overwhelming to me. I found Comfortable Homes Remodeling here on Angi. And so happy I did. Tim Lust was very quick to respond & I am lost for words. He explained everything clearly & made sure it was easy to understand. What he accomplished was nothing short of amazing. My insurance company only offered me $9,000 which was not even enough to repair 1 of the several things that needed to be done. Tim Lust is an experienced adjuster & went to bat with my insurance company for me; I never had to speak to or deal with my insurance company again. In no time at all, he secured enough moneyy to get it all done. His crew was on time, cleaned up, answered all questions & did excellent quality work. If I had any issues or other questions, Tim was quick & happy to respond. Some of my siding was replaced, the roof repaired, the storm door & front door replaced, the living room sub-floor repaired & new vinyl plank flooring laid, a few holes in the ceiling were repaired & a beautiful new awning replaced. I am greatly pleased with Tim Lust & Comfortable Homes Remodeling & I highly recommed them to everyone. THANK YOU TIM & CREW; FANTASTIC JOB; VERY PLEASED!

The only one of three contractors that was able to diagnose the problem. They repaired the leak and charged me very little for their efforts. They are competent and completely honest. I would definitely use them again.

I have had multiple projects completed by Comfortable. Both interior and exterior. A complete kitchen overhaul that is really beautiful, a bathroom install. Last year I had the windows and siding replaced. I have a small bungalow type house that is nearly 100 years old and the improvements are remarkable both esthetically and in efficiency. I'm planning a small addition and some deck work. I will certainly use Comfortable Homes Remodeling again.

They were paid $250 but didn’t do the job right. I had to hire someone else that found the leak source.
