MR. SIMMONS COMES TO OUR HOME ANNUALLY TO TUNE OUR PIANO. HE CHARGES A NOMINAL FEE, BUT TAKES GREAT PRIDE IN HIS WORK. HE HAS BEEN DOING THIS FOR CLOSE TO 50 YEARS. TYPICALLY IT TAKES HIM WELL OVER AN HOUR, BUT HE LEAVES YOU WITH A PERFECTLY TUNED PIANO.
