BAY COUNTRY RENTALS

I do have a mixed review. The company was great providing what I needed last minute and set up equipment with only a slight delay within previous quoted time frame (45 minutes late, not a big deal). However, the company was not good in getting back to me when I had questions, was told I would receive a call back and never did. Had to call them multiple times. When the tent was taken down after the party from my deck, workers were not mindful of my outdoor furniture and rug. Rug ended up with staines from the poles that dripped what looked like rusty water onto my new rug. Yes, I could have moved the rug, however was told by the crew that I do not need to move furniture and took their word in good faith. Big mistake. All that would not be a big deal still, however the customer service after I called the company to inform them what happened was an F at best. The owner assumed that I only wanted to get some money back from this mishap, and even hung up at me at first. Very unfortunate, because we started on a good note and ended up badly. I can not recommend this company in good faith.

They have the most reasonable price and are very accomodating.

EVERY TIME I RENT FROM THEM THEIR EQUIPMENT IS ALWAYS IN TOP SHAPE. THEY HAVE ALWAYS HAD WHAT I'M LOOKING FOR AND IT IS ALWAYS AVAILABLE. THEY ARE ALSO VERY GOOD ABOUT IT IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM WITH ANY OF THEIR EQUIPMENT. THEY GET YOU A REPLACEMENT RIGHT AWAY.
