The first clean was amazing. The team of two spent a few hours cleaning and really made everything sparkle. Unfortunately, each clean after that was disappointing. They were in and out in an hour and a half and missed items each visit and the result was a very rushed finished product. There was often pet hair under and behind areas that were easy to access when cleaning, the appliances in the kitchen still full of finger prints, and the hardwood stairs leading to the loft were missed almost every time. My husband did voice our concerns but the result was the same each time so we decided to stop the service. I feel like it's impossible to find a service that does a consistent, thorough job each time.

Very well. Two sisters arrived on time and proceeded to professionally clean our unit, dusting, vacuuming, cleaning all mirrors, thoroughly cleaning our kitchen, living room, and bathroom.
