Not well. I called them they called me back not when I asked them to. They would leave a message and then when I called them back I could not get intouch with them. Even with intervention by Angie's List I never was able to schedule an appointment and I never got my money ($100) back. Very frustrating. Updated 7/5/2023 Not well!! I have been trying for over a year and a half to get the owner to call me but we have yet to make contact. I have left several messages he has tried to call (I'll give him that but never follows through when I return his call. Playing alot of phone tag but with poor communication in between.

It went very well. I was willing to wait for this company given my prior experience. They were very busy and could not provide the repair service when initially requested. That was not a problem for me. I wanted these repairs to be done by Premier! They are excellent and the service was terrific! They are best value!

It went well! After inspection the worker/owner suggested that the rollers and springs needed to be replaced and he came up with an additional cost of $200.00. I agreed and the whole project including replacing the rollers and springs and adding the new lift took about 1 and 1/2 hours. So total cost was $625.00 instead of $425.00 but it works great and I have a remote now that I did not have before. Cost was just a little high, but very good work!

Mr. Longo did an excellent job.  I had originally contracted just to have a garage door tune-up but I was so impressed with his efficient work  that I also asked him to replace the garage-door electric motors as well. I recommend him highly.

Very well. Wheels and cables were replaced. Moving parts were lubricated and condition of springs and other parts were assessed. I was instructed how to take care of the door and moving parts. All cracking noises and groans are gone. Good job.
