STEM TO STERN ESTATE SALES

Left a voice message, no answer. Followed up a week later with a second voice message and received a call-back from Kerry with the apology that his message machine "broke". Made arrangements to meet which included exchange of contact information. After waiting a half hour after the appointment time, I called Kerry on his cell phone. He literally mumbled excuses for the no-show ranging from "having the flu" to "I didn't write it down". Well he did write it down because we exchanged cell phone numbers. He did give a half-hearted offer to reschedule. I did not think he was very interested. My experience with this company through the owner himself was that they are unprofessional and disorganized. Could not trust them to run an estate sale whose estimated value from other estate companies interviewed will range in the $30,000 area.
