Yankee Mailbox Sign & Lantern

Dear Yankee Mailbox-I have called you and got no response. Now your numbers say that the mailbox is full so I can't leave another message. My wife emailed you and got no response. Please reply to this so you tell me how to fix my mailbox. Thank you.

Exaclltly as planned

fine, although they have a very poor website for handling orders. They have a rudimentary form that you fill out and once done you have placed an order. I would prefer a better form that spells out your cost totals clearly and gives you the option to review and then confirm the order. I was not sure I had actually placed an order so I called them to confirm. Just a sloppy website but they did a great job and came and took care of everything quickly. One note, they say they use dig safe but I saw no markings on the street to indicate anyone had checked for underground utilities?

I ordered on line after filling out a short questionnaire regarding the site of the mailbox, they emailed me the job cost with an estimated install date within 3 weeks. They were a couple of days outside the 3 week estimate but I do live right on the edge of their job radius (It's like 65-70 miles or something). They do not call to tell you when they are coming, they just show up which was fine with me. My new mailbox is beautiful, it was installed without a glitch. The purchase price included taking away my old mailbox, the granite post, the wooden bracket, and a new mailbox plus installation. Then they email you the invoice so you pay after installation. Don't hesitate to use Yankee Mailbox!!

My mailbox has been repaired and also replaced at the speed of light and always with what I call "service with a smile." 
These guys are great at what they do. It's easy to understand why they've built such a loyal base of happy devoted customers.

Company was backed up longer to have them come out to install than we expected but we love our new mailbox and granite post!

Things went pretty well!
The mailbox is beautiful. I'm writing this review months after it was installed, and every time I come home it's the first thing I see and is so aesthetically pleasing. Yankee Mailbox installed a top-quality post and mailbox and it really dresses-up our yard. It was installed just a few days before the 4th of July and they even left a small American flag (which we're able to reuse, as decoration for future patriotic holidays and events) right on the mailbox. A nice touch!
We were never in a rush for our mailbox to be installed, but it did take several weeks for Yankee to be able to come out. I also tried, a couple of times, to reach Yankee on their customer service line but no one answered each time and it took several days before someone returned my call. I think they could benefit from a full-time customer service rep, if they don't have one already, or at least an answering service.
Otherwise, we're very happy with the quality of the product and installation. We will definitely consider them if we have future post or signage needs and will recommend them to friends and family seeking the same!
