He did a awesome job I have dogs and he got out the stains were they got sick. My carpets look brand-new!

An entire mug of coffee spilled on my brand new white colored carpet. I called about this and was impressed that the owner wanted to know everything chemically going on, from what was in my coffee to any cleaners I had tried using. He came over as soon as he was done with another project and explained his process and got to work - I'm still amazed looking at what was a huge eye sore and how it looks brand new again. I will be calling again anytime I need spot removal or carpet cleanings!

Terry was fantastic!! Extremely friendly, professional, and knowledgable about cleaning different carpet types. We had a tough stain (dog got sick on beige carpet...) and now it looks like it never happened! The cleaner he used had a very fresh, pleasant citrus smell. His quote was a little higher than the other companies i called but i think he was well worth it. Spent way more time than one of the big companies we had last year and did a much better job. Will definitely hire him again! You get what you pay for as they say!

Highly recommended!   The tech was right on time and extremely professional, knowledgable and courteous.  The results were fantastic!  The chairs had stains and a lot of wear and tear.and they look like new again. 
I had used one of the national franchise chain carpet cleaners in the past for similar services.  Repele was by far superior in service. results and price.

The house we just moved into had 1 large oriental and 1 braided rug that had been in house with 3 cats. Due to severe cat allergies we needed to get them thoroughly cleaned. We also had 4 very dirty smaller area rugs that needed to be cleaned. Terry came promptly to give an estimate of the cost. He took the rugs with him and returned them 2 weeks later. No more allergy issues and I can't believe how beautiful they all look...like brand new rugs! I will definitely be having him clean our rugs again.

He is a very nice and professional person to work with. He was very responsive in getting back to us in a reasonable time frame. He was prompt and met every commitment that he made for quality, cost and schedule. We are 100% satisfied.

He did an amazing job, one of the rugs hadn't been cleaned in 10 years I didn't think the stains from years and years would come out but he got most of the stains out. Very pleasant person to have in your home. Less than a week after he left I had to call him as an emergency, I spilled cranberry juice on my newly steamed rug. Within an hour of leaving a message he called me back and told me exactly what to do, there is  no longer a stain there. He was amazing.

Terry, from Repele Carpet Cleaning, showed up promptly and got right to work. He moved furniture as needed, treated the old stains, and thoroughly cleaned the rugs in my family room and adjoining downstairs office, including the carpeted stairs. He gave me advice on maintenance and provided booties to use while the carpeting finished drying, plus a bottle of stain remover (I've used it several times, and it is an excellent product!). Terry was pleasant, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I would use him again, and have recommended him to a friend. I worried that the old stains could not be removed since both the carpeting and stains were old, but Terry was a real ?ghost-buster,? and got them all out.

Terry arrived promptly at 8, when he said he would arrive. My husband was at home and commented how professional and thorough Terry was. The rugs look fabulous - all ready for the holidays. He also left some spot cleaner for me if there are any spills/stains. This is the third year I have used Repele and would revcommend them highly.

They were very good. He was very thorough. He came at almost 7 o'clock at night so it was late for him because that was when it was going to work out best for me and he doesn't normally work that late in the dark but he did. He was very helpful, professional and very friendly.

From start to finish I was completely satisfied.  Terry returned my call promptly and we discussed the services which I was seeking.  He answered my questions and went over the pricing.  We set a date and time.
Jonathan arrived right on time and we went over the areas and furniture to be cleaned.  At this time I pointed out spots on the carpet that needed attention.  Jon explained the procedure to me and began his work.  He took care of the furniture placing plastic or blocks under the legs of each piece.  He was professional and took great care with each piece of furniture and each carpet area.  Everything came out beautifully and I was pleased with the spot removal.  The carpets and furniture look wonderful.
