PARKER CESSPOOL & SEPTIC TANK

I'd had a plumbing issue the evening prior, water flowing in the basement from washing machine drain line when we did a load of laundry or flushed a toilet. Was up late in the evening cleaning the basement. Called some plumbers in the am and was ultimately referred to Parker sanitation. Asked if they'd be able to make it out same day to take a look at my problem, they had a good idea of what the issue was right over the phone. Jackie came out himself at 11 am same day, and sure enough his prediction was right. A clog in the mainline. Fixed it in a matter of minutes once he found the cover and cover dug up. And after discussion we determined that (unfortunately) the company who conducted the Title V inspection the prior fall when I bought the property...had cut corners which contributed to the cause of the issue. Tank needed to be pumped (which it shouldnt have seeing it had just been pumped in the fall and only 2 of us in the house), Jackie advised that the tank should have been treated as well to promote good bacteria, so he did that as well. I have no doubt that I had I used a company like Roto Rooter they'd have bent me over backwards to address the issue. Going forward I know now how to diagnose and fix the issue myself if need be. There is no question I'll be using Parker Sanitation for my septic service going forward. Thanks again Jackie....
