We had a hiccup at the start because the wet snow set in just before our scheduled date and Phil Ferris advised against pulliing the heavy equipment on the lawn in wet conditions. After nearly a year I called back and he honored the prior estimate (and was happy to add some additional work at a reasonable price). Appointments were all on time, work was done cleanly and quickly, and he checked with me to make certain I was satisfied before moving his equipment. We couldn't be happier and Phil's card is on our refrigerator.
