Luckily for us there was no further damage or bugs.One of the window frames fell apart as he tried to replace the sill and Ken had to replace a lot of the framing on that one. When it started raining one day he came back and covered the exposed Tyvek with black paper. He kept me informed each day and gave me a tour of progress. If I was not home and he had to leave due to rain, he left me a note. I found him to be pleasant and a skilled worker. My husband usually does work on our house, but he travels a lot for work and I knew he was not going to get to these tasks. My husband was please with the handiwork. We have asked him to come back and put new footings on our deck where they were built improperly later this fall. The job came in at a lower cost than the original quote because it took less time and materials than he thought.

He came by and I was impressed and he gave me a quote. It was very reasonable, he very personable. I went with somebody else but I would have considered him. He responded fairly quickly.

Good service, prompt professional

Both projects went well and according to plan. Work was done on time and on budget. He has also installed gutters, replaced windows and fenced our yard. Couldn't be happier with his work.

Ken worked tirelessly in the hot weather on this job and despite hours of work, he stayed within his initial estimate. I would hire him again--he's dedicated and trustworthy.

It is obvious that Ken is well skilled at his trade with years of experience and knowledge under his belt. He worked seamlessly with other sub-contractors, whether they were his or ours. He was consistently on time and on the job. He was both professional and down to earth, with a good sense of humor and full of design ideas that made our project turn out better than we expected. We have since hired him for smaller jobs, which is as always more than willing to do. I would hire Ken again and have full confidence in his ability and professionalism.
