Hector was very unprofessional and did not keep accurate records. He would neglect to bill me, then bill me months later. After I submitted payment, he claimed he lost my check. He cashed that check and then found the old check and cashed that as well. I offered to try to resolve our "dispute" through mediation,but he refused. If anyone else has this similar problem, they should immediately file a 93A claim against his company. Unfortunately, he is not listed with the BBB, so I could not file a claim there.
