GRM CONSTRUCTION

George bid the job, and explained all his bid covered. He let us know where there were things where he could not assess the damage, so that he would not know the total cost until the project was started. He always gave different cost options, and explained the pros and cons of different building materials and different repair methods. We were involved through the whole thing.
He cleans up after himself, and is very conscientious. He has referred us to others (we needed an electrician, and an hvac person), and those people have been great as well. One room that he painted was a very bright yellow. Amazingly, yellow paint does not cover well. He had bid the job, and had to do TWO extra coats to get the job finished to his satisfaction (confirming that we were happy, too). He did not charge extra for the extra work.
The newest project is a cedar closed in our basement. He has bid the job, and delivered the materials. It will be completed next week. As usual, the bid is complete - clear on what is and is not included.
