Father-son team Joe and Kevin (and their great crew) do an amazing job at a fair price. I had a new roof put on my house in Somerville. All through the process the communication was great, they did what they said they would do on time, and they left the yard and my side neighbors' yards very clean. Homes are close together here! I would give Cypress Construction 10 stars if I could. Highly recommended.

Art Conley responded promptly to my request for an estimate on my roofing job. He arrived as promised and provided a very thorough and fair estimate for the work requested, which was re-roofing the house, a garage, an addition and a shed, adding a 27' section of gutter to my garage and replacing two skylights in my addition. He was professional and personable, as well as very knowledgeable. The estimate he provided was complete and fair. Once hired, the owner Joe and his son Kevin were my primary interfaces. They arrived with a crew of three and completed the job as promised by working 12-hour days. The crew was especially diligent and did an outstanding job. Of particular note was the extremely thorough clean-up. I was very pleased with the experience and have no qualms about recommending Cypress for your roofing needs. They're professional, responsive, well established and thorough, and you should contact them for an estimate on your job.

Art and Joe visited, made recommendations for things that were wrong with the existing construction and explained other things that we could handle ourselves if we so chose (we did). Skylight windows were replaced as part or the roof work and ridge vents where cut there had been none. Leakage that had occurred over the winter was also addressed. In short - while replacing the roof, they finished the job that the original builders had not.

Art and Joe were wonderful to work with they did everything that their quote stated The workmanship was outstanding and one in one day. They came when they said they would and were on time. Everyone that worked on project was professional and respectful. I would highly recommend them.

The project took 1 1/2 days to complete. They did a very good job while enduring extremely hot weather conditions. The area was cleaned and materials removed immediately. I would definately recommend them to others.

Everything from the initial estimate to the removal of the excess material and dumpster was A1. Communication with Art and Joe was top notch as was the team that replaced the roof. Absolutely the best decision we've made this year. Highly recommend.

I was very impressed with Cypress Construction. We sign on a Tuesday and Joe had the materials out to us the Next day! WOW!!. The crew were very professional and friendly, did an excellent job replacing our shingled roof and awesome job cleaning up. I will be doing bussines with Cypress Construction again.

They came right out and met with me on Monday and new roofs on my house and garage were completely installed, in one day, that Thursday. They were very professional, on time and most important clean and neat. Very impressed with this company. Will use them again!

They also put up new gutters and covered all the wood trimming with vinyl material.

We were very impressed with all aspects of the job from start to finish. We had done some preliminary pricing and found Cypress gave us the most reasonable estimate. They came to the job as scheduled and cleaned up the job site when they were finished. Great customer service.
