Bill Connell came out and checked my roof since I had water leaking in. He was very nice and pleasant. I then got an estimate from another company. Called Bill to request his estimate since hadn't received it yet. After getting his estimate, we decided to use him as he was local and he seemed like a regular down to earth person 7 someone I could discuss things w/o much complication. He did the work promptly and no problems. I'd recommend his work.

Leaking rubber roof that was causing water damage in the kitchen. Called several roof repair businesses and Bill was the first to respond as well as to give me an estimate. He also removed the snow on the roof as promised. Unfortunately his estimate was 3x more than the contractor that I decided to use. It was a very tiny roof. The roofer that did the work also didn't charge me to temporarily put a patch as well as offered to remove the snow for free. In hindsight I should have waited.

I was very pleased with the rapid response time, as I was concerned about another storm creating additional leaks in the attic. The crew cleaned up thoroughly and was careful about our plantings. Although I haven't been up on the roof to check on the work, I'm assuming it is a high-quality repair (they have been in business 40 years). When I asked if we needed a new roof, I appreciated getting an honest answer. (No.) I have now asked them for an estimate on replacing our wood gutters and will give them very serious consideration now that I know they are so prompt and careful.

THEY KNEW HOW CONCERNED WE WERE ABOUT THE SNOW CAUSING DAMAGE TO OUR HOUSE AND CAME BY VERY QUICKLY. THEY WERE PROMPT, CAREFUL AND CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES. THEY ALSO MADE SUGGESTIONS FOR HOW TO AVOID THE SITUATION IN THE FUTURE.
