Comcast was not very helpful and I was paying for services I wasn’t getting Talked to Bruce and walked me through alternatives an options He was very responsive and did an amazing job. I used to think customer service was a thing of the past. Bruce restored my faith!

We worked with the owner Bruce from start to finish. From first to last contact he was friendly and professional. He went over our options and prices for car starters and helped us choose the one that best fit our needs. He installed the starter in the driveway while we went for a walk. When we returned he asked us how we would like the remotes programmed and made sure everything was working correctly. He showed us how to use the different features and that was it! We even received a follow up email the following day thanking us for our business!
