The contractor provided different solutions in regards to switches to pick from, highlighted the cost for each solution, did not pressure the customer on choosing any solution. Provided the pros and cons of each solution. Came two separate times as requested, was always prompt and courteous. Was professional in manner and attire. Was extremely neat and picked up all debris during and after the work was completed. Provided contact information, including personal number should there need to be any adjustments.
