Ursula went above and beyond for us, he traveled all the way from Worcester to Fitchburg without hesitation. His painting work is flawless, and he handled several handyman repairs while he was here. On top of his skill, he is incredibly humble, polite, and genuinely likable. We couldn’t be happier with the results!

Ulysses arrived on to start the job and asked for almost half of total check in advance. I gave half of the amount he demanded as I donâ t know the company well. His attitude and demeanor was rude from there on . He went back and forth on what was agreed upon initially , for example he quoted for two quotes of paint for my garage ceiling and then said, after one quote that it looked fine and another quote is not necessary and will be extra money . He left some boards unfixed on my deck , which was part of the job and never responded to my text to fix the boards. He has been paid in full on the day the check was due.

Working with Ulisses was a wonderful experience. He was on time, did great work and is a real gentleman. He is very customer service oriented, very clean and careful with his work and extremely courteous. A rare find and a real gem of an individual! I look forward to working with him again! He transformed a bathroom countertop with a sand stone system that required good painting skills and careful understanding of the process.
