Moving
It went horrible. They lost one piece of antique furniture, the estimated value of this item was $600. Frames for paintings were broken, furniture had marks on the fabric. 1700's french double chest had been stuffed with brooms, which ended up spreading the chest apart. They refused that any damages were their fault, or their responsibility. Even when I paid for insurance, United will not pay for damages or loss of items. The most unethical people I have ever worked with.
