Travis Husband DBA Paramount Construction

September of 2010, I hired a contractor named Travis Husband d/b/a Paramount Construction of So. Yarmouth MA, to perform extensive renovations on my home located on Cape Cod. Mr. Husband provided me with his Massachusetts Contractor's and Supervisor's license numbers. We engaged in an ambitious contract before the work began. Travis Husband worked for less than two weeks and abandoned the job. He unnecessarily excovated the lot, pulled the house apart, leaving it exposed to the elements for the entire winter. He absconded with monies given under contract payment and money allocated for septic engineering. Personal property disappeared from my home as well. During the following six months, he would not respond to phone calls or letters. My research soon revealed that Travis Husband of South Yarmouth and Plymouth MA, is a known felon to the Massachusetts judical system, convicted of larceny and vice charges. The license information he provided had been long expired. I would caution anyone nearing or on the Cape Cod area to stay clear of this thief and fraud, who often works crew for other contractors in choice areas. I advise all property owners, to obtain the names of all workers who access their homes.
