Had a $3400 Contract with this guy to do blown-in Cellulose insulation in my 24' x 48' Garage Addition. He emails me the day before he's supposed to start and says he realized he under bid the job and needs to charge me $1000 more! Little did he know I had already priced the materials at $1400, that left $2000 on the table for labor for a two day job??? Under bid... I don't think so, GREEDY, Absolutely! stay away from this guy, just another s***** bag contractor!
Description of Work: Job Never completed, he RAISED THE PRICE, one day before he was supposed to start job, so I released him from the contract.
