): I was looking for a cleaning service and went through Angie’s list because of the stringent background checks that are done on the people you allow to advertise with you. I did find one however I had the following issue and would like your help in resolving the matter. Taz came and we negotiated a cost from $80.00 to $65.00 biweekly cleaning service because it’s a small 1-bedroom apartment. After we talked about that he said they normally like to do a deep cleaning of the unit and explained that they clean everything, everywhere and move furniture to clean in those spaces also and it also included the oven and the refrigerator. (the refrigerator was not to be part of the bi weekly cleaning plan) He said the cost would be $120.00. I agreed to that and also asked him to email me his certificate of insurance for his business. I asked as few times, but I never received it. I also told him at our initial meeting that I leave for work at 8:30 and asked if it would be a problem getting someone to my apartment by that time when they come to clean, and he told me that would not be an issue for them and they can move schedules around. On the first cleaning (deep cleaning) they did a decent job. I was impressed at first but that evening I noticed that the front and side of the microwave was smudged as well as the toaster. Then I looked into the oven and it was not cleaned at all nor was the refrigerator. That evening I took pictures and sent them to Taz in text messages showing him the problems. He sent back a text message “Driving will get back to u soon” The next morning, I also noticed that the blinds which are old, and delicate were ripped and broken. She must have been **** ** them. I didn’t hear from him, so I thought I was being ghosted so on December 10th I texted him to call me when he had a chance. He called right away and said he told them not to do the refrigerator (that was for the weekly but not the deep cleaning) and that it was his fault that they didn’t do the oven because when they asked about the fridge they asked about the oven in the same text and he didn’t see it. I told him he needed to have them come back for the oven and he said he would when they come to do the first bi-weekly cleaning. and we talked about the issues and I told him that other than the blinds and not doing the oven and the cleaning of the appliances they had done a good job and if he follows up on the issues with them, I wanted to schedule first bi-weekly cleaning and we decided on Thursday the 20th or Friday the 21st. I received a text on the 20th asking to do the cleaning on Friday the 21st. I texted back sounds good 8:20-8:30. Later he replied the cleaner could come at 10:30. I couldn’t get him to commit to 8:30 as we originally discussed. He asked if I could hide a key. I only have one key to the unit and I would have to jump through hoops to have one made which is why I need them to come by 8:30 when I leave for work. He said he would have someone come on Monday. I told him I have the whole week off so that works. On December 23rd I received a text stating someone would be there Monday the 24th at 8:30. I also asked who to make the check to (business name) that I would be leaving for them and I didn’t get a reply to that at all. On December 24th I waited for the cleaner at 8:30 who never showed. I sent him a text at 8:43 stating that no one has come to clean and I would be leaving soon. I left the apartment at 9:15. I have not heard anything from him at all. The deep cleaning didn’t go as planned and the fact that he didn’t rectify anything on top of blowing me off has infuriated me and I would like to have the work completed or a refund of my deep cleaning. Conducting business via texting is not smart. Picking up the phone and making amends is what should have happened and that has not happened. Also, I had to remind him of my Name because he texted me as Dear. I had to ask him if he were referring to me and that my name is Nadine.

TMS came in cleaned it up with out hesitation. They got us to the point so that we could then make the necessary repairs.

My family has been using TMS Cleaning for over 2 years regularly. When we started looking we needed a company we could trust. Both my wife and I work and often our childcare provider is at the house when the cleaners come with our young daughter. Not only are they trust worthy with my daughter but they have become friends with her. My daughter looks forward to them coming every 2 weeks. They are now more than cleaners but a part of our family. They also have a key to our house. I am sure you can find a lot of people to do reliable house cleaning services. I am confident you won’t find anyone that will go above and beyond the way the TMS Cleaning team does. They will become a part of your family too! We have recommended them to family and friends and no one has been disappointed. Everyone has become a regular customer. They are also very reasonably priced.

They do a good job and everything is going very well. They perform an ongoing cleaning service for me and I definitely with continue with them in the future.

Everything has been perfect. Every time I walk in the house after they’ve cleaned it smells brand new and everything sparkles!
