I have used his services several times. He is very personable and has a nice personality. He is honest and prompt. He is very responsive and will try to fit you in as quickly as possible. He picks up after himself pretty well.

I think he does a very good job. He is very professional and down to earth. When I call him he comes out right away. I can usually get a hold of him when I call him so that I don't have to leave a message.

I had the electric company come and look at the damage. They said since the damage was on the house, the homeowner was responsible for repairing it. That is when I had Thomas Graves Electric come out. In general they do a very good job. They will offer suggestions as to what might be the best way to handle a particular job. They are willing to discuss the job and what is involved. They are very detailed.
