I was happy with the results of both projects. Replacing the tile was no fun job - it was behind the bathroom vanity in a very tight space, and other handymen have not returned my calls after coming in for an estimate. She managed to get back there and get it done.
Repairing the toilet turned out to be a more complicated project than either of us had planned (not just a new part, but many clogged components), but she plugged away until it flushed like a champ.
It is not easy to find a reliable, capable person willing to do relatively small jobs like these. I was happy that I happened upon Sherri's business card in a local store. I have lots of projects like this and would be glad to call on her in the future. Her hourly rate is very reasonable. She's also a very pleasant person with a professional approach and a can-do attitude.
